CBT for the Menopause Transition
CBT-Meno is a brief, structured, evidence-based protocol designed to treat a variety of menopausal symptoms, such as depression, anxiety, hot flashes, sleep difficulties & other concerns. It works by teaching women strategies to manage unhelpful thought patterns, engage in helpful behaviours and develop better coping skills, thereby reducing the distress and interference caused by menopausal symptoms.
